What are the alarm requirements for instrument air?

There must be an alarm that activates before or when the backup compressor (If provided) starts running, indicating the lag compressor is activated and the alarm must be manually reset. Also, there must be alarm activation at the local and master panels when the dew point at system pressure exceeds -22 degrees F, indicating high dew point.
