What are the two types of facilities budgeting?

The two types are operational and capital. Operational budgeting involves daily cost of business, work orders/preventative maintenance, and credibility. Capital consists of strategic planning, infrastructure obsolescence, master planning, emergency replacements and energy conservation projects.
