- 1. Identify the functions and fire-resistance rating (FRR) requirements of fire walls, fire barriers, smoke barriers, and smoke partitions in healthcare facilities
- 2. Describe the code requirements and inspection practices for fire-rated doors, including ratings, hardware, glazing, latching, and labeling, based on NFPA 80 (2010)
- 3. Differentiate between fire dampers, smoke dampers, and combination dampers, and explain their applications, components, and code requirements according to NFPA 90A (2012) and NFPA 105 (2010)
