    Course Description:

    This course teaches managers and supervisors on how to identify scenarios that would require a status change to ICRA levels based on certain construction scope changes. Participants will also learn how to close out ICRA documentation and activities.

     

    Learning Objectives:

    1. Identify and describe scenarios which could require a change (i.e. downgrade/upgrade) to ICRA levels based on changes in construction scope
    2.  Demonstrate how to close out ICRA documentation and activities
