What are the Joint Commission testing intervals for Elements of Performance requiring specific timeframes?

For items designated as every 36 months/3 years or greater, the activity must be completed at 36 months from the last event +/- 45 days.
For items designated as annually/every 12 months/once per year/every year, the activity must be completed at one year from the last event +/- 30 days.
For items designated as every six months/semiannually, the activity must be completed at six months from the last event +/- 20 days.
For items designated as quarterly, the activity must be completed at three months from last event +/- 10 days.
For items designated as monthly, the activity must be completed 12 times per year, once per calendar month.
For items designated as weekly/every week, the activity must be completed once per calendar week.
