Course Description:

Compliance Documentation 201 focuses on the importance of reconciling documents within the local hospital database in conjunction with and upon completion of applicable inspection and maintenance activities. This course also demonstrates best practices for proper file storage maintenance, how to locate and employ the most current forms and other documents, and how to schedule inspections and maintenance activities.

1. Document scheduled and unscheduled code-required equipment inspection, testing, maintenance (ITM), and other activities
2. Coordinate code-required documentation with contractors
