Course Description:

With a focus on project and process management, this course teaches participants how to read, interpret, and complete the Focused Standards Assessment scoring rubric and the Environment of Care annual evaluation and how to manage any activities that result from these processes.  EOC Committee 301 builds upon the 201 subject course by offering project management strategies specifically employed for developing, implementing, and managing Performance Improvement Projects.
