LEADING UPWARDS

2020 has given me a clear perspective on what’s important and what’s not. Despite all the chaos in the world right now, I know that I have so much to be thankful for, and I truly am.

Today, I am celebrating my team.

Between February and August this year, Legacy FM added 8 new content developers to our company. They’ll be the first to tell you that we’ve been forming and storming as a team, and in that same breath, I hope they’ll celebrate the incredible work they’re doing.

Our team challenges me to be a better leader.

 And they push me intellectually, creatively, and personally. Everyone is uniquely equipped with their own talents, and they all add value to our work in their own special way.

It’s a great privilege to lead them, and I am thankful they chose Legacy FM and our mission of #empowerment.
