Are your sprinkler and fire alarm ITM testing waterflow and tamper switches correctly? How do you know? In my experience through years of testing, watching others, and interviewing certifies technicians, waterflow and tamper switches are one of the most commonly missed failed devices due to improper testing methods.

For proper testing, both vendors (or someone certified in both sprinkler and fire alarm) need to be on site.
