Train for Delivery, not just Content

When you’re able to really connect with someone and unlock their potential, the opportunities are limitless. In #education y #training, we place a huge amount of emphasis on the curriculum (the content) and not enough on how it’s being communicated or taught (the delivery). They’re BOTH instrumental for learning and retention to occur.
Knowing how your audience takes in new information is a game changer. To me, there are few things in life more joyous than seeing the “lightbulb” moment in someone’s eyes. It’s priceless.
