Unmotivated or disconnected?
If you’re not receiving the feedback that you want for your team, consider your approach. In-person, relaxed conversations tend to be FAR more productive than email or meetings. Don’t assault your team’s Inbox with requests for feedback. Don’t add another meeting ot the calendar when a conversation will do the job and build the relationship.
Remember, everyone wants to feel valued and appreciated. It’s the little things that make the biggest impact in the end.
